Job Summary:

Responsible for the quality control, cleaning, tagging, and packaging of Chairs, Tables, Canopies, Umbrellas and Walling in a safe, effective manner.   Adhere to all appropriate company policies and procedures in written or oral form. Essential Functions:

  • Performs cleaning equipment as specified by company policy.
  • Uphold the quality control standards of the company.
  • Inspects equipment in the department that are torn, worn, ripped, missing parts and have the ability to diagnose and solve minor issues with the equipment.
  • Works with several different cleaning chemicals.
  • Performs proper tagging, folding and stacking of items for storage.
  • May assist in other areas for the smooth operation of the business.
  • Performs work inside the warehouse having exposure to above or below average temperatures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned and/or requested.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Ability to maintain an effective cooperative working relationships with co-workers and managers.
  • Ability to safely carry/lift up to 50 lbs., observing all safe lifting/carrying techniques.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow detailed written instructions.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, twist and carry equipment of various weights and dimensions.
  • Must pass pre-employment and/or random employment substance abuse screening.

Training & Experience:

  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

    • Ability to read and understand and adhere to the rules and regulations of Company Policy
    • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
    • Ability to safely carry/lift up to 50 lbs., observing all safe lifting/carrying techniques.Ability to read, write, and follow detailed written instructions

Certificates and/or Liscenses Required:

  • Must pass pre-employment and/or random employment substance abuse screening.
  • Must currently hold a valid California Identification.
